The Samsung Galaxy S25 series has been rumored for months, and now, we have leaked renders and specs to look forward to. In collaboration with OnLeaks, Smartprix has posted some impressive Galaxy S25 Slim renders. The device looks very similar to the other S25 devices, with a triple-camera setup, a 6.7-6.8-inch screen, and a power button/volume rocker combo. It’s notable that the device appears to be slightly slimmer, with a thickness of 6.4mm, which is 2mm thinner than the S24 Ultra.
The S25 Slim is expected to feature a 200-megapixel HP5 primary camera, 50-megapixel JN5 Ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50-megapixel 3.5x telephoto camera. It will also pack the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 12GB of RAM, and One UI 7. There’s no word on the battery size, but considering the reduced thickness, it might not be as large as other flagships.
The S25 Slim is expected to be unveiled at a January 22nd event, but may not launch until May 2025. This could be to avoid cannibalizing sales of the other S25 devices. The leak also leaves several questions unanswered, such as the battery size and thermal management solutions for the reduced thickness.
In the end, the S25 Slim seems to be a mid-range device that offers a balance between flagship features and portability.
