1. The Base chain’s Total Value Locked (TVL) has grown from $440 million to $2.5 billion since the start of the year, with a significant increase of $1 billion in just a month and a half.
2. Base has become the largest Ethereum layer 2 across several metrics, including TVL, and is now rivaling Arbitrum, with $7.8 billion of assets on chain, second only to Arbitrum’s $13.67 billion.
